Setting up Skrill in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your Skrill credentials:

• Merchant email — The email of your Skrill merchant account (pay_to_email).
• Merchant ID (Customer ID) — Skrill → Settings → Developer Settings. Used to verify the status signature.
• Secret word — Set a secret word in Skrill → Developer Settings, and set the status URL

Enable Quick Checkout in your Skrill developer settings. Payment is confirmed by Skrill’s signed status webhook. Recurring billing (rec_amount / rec_period) is not enabled in this one-time flow. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up Skrill in WordPress?

You'll need a Skrill account and its Merchant email, Merchant ID (Customer ID) and Secret word, which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does Skrill support recurring subscriptions?

Skrill handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the Skrill checkout work?

Real one-time payments via a hosted redirect, confirmed by Skrill's MD5-signed status webhook.
