Setting up Pesapal in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your Pesapal credentials:

• Consumer Key — Pesapal dashboard → Account → API keys.
• Consumer Secret

Amounts are sent as a decimal. The IPN endpoint is registered automatically on first use; payment is confirmed on return and via the IPN. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up Pesapal in WordPress?

You'll need a Pesapal account and its Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does Pesapal support recurring subscriptions?

Pesapal handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the Pesapal checkout work?

Real one-time payments via the Pesapal REST API, with token auth, IPN registration, transaction-status verification and an IPN listener.
