Setting up PayU Money in PremiumPress
Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your PayU Money credentials:
- Merchant Key — PayU Dashboard → your account → API keys / credentials.
- Merchant Salt — The 32-bit salt paired with your Merchant Key. Used to sign the request and verify the response.
Test cards are available in the PayU test docs. Recurring plans are billed as a single one-time payment for the initial period — standing-instruction auto-renewal isn’t handled by this integration. Amounts are sent with 2 decimals. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up PayU Money in WordPress?
You'll need a PayU Money account and its Merchant Key and Merchant Salt, which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.
Does PayU Money support recurring subscriptions?
PayU Money handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.
How does the PayU Money checkout work?
Hosted redirect checkout with SHA-512 request hashing, reverse-hash checking on return, and authoritative server-to-server verify_payment confirmation.
