Setting up Escrow Pay in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your Escrow Pay credentials:

• Account email — Your Escrow.com account email — the seller/beneficiary that receives funds, and the Basic-auth username.
• API key
• Inspection period (days) — How long the buyer has to accept before funds release automatically.

Escrow.com holds the buyer’s payment until the order is accepted. The listing goes live once the buyer has funded the transaction. A buyer email is required. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up Escrow Pay in WordPress?

You'll need a Escrow Pay account and its Account email, API key and Inspection period (days), which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does Escrow Pay support recurring subscriptions?

Escrow Pay handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the Escrow Pay checkout work?

One-time payments via the Escrow.com API (create a transaction, send the buyer to the Escrow.com pay page), with an authoritative status check on return and a webhook for out-of-band confirmation. No SDK — direct REST via wp_remote_request.
