Setting up Coin Payments in PremiumPress

Activate the free plugin, then open your theme’s payment settings and add your Coin Payments credentials:

• Public key — CoinPayments → Account → API Keys. Create a key with the create_transaction permission.
• Private key
• IPN secret — Set a matching IPN Secret in CoinPayments → Account → Merchant Settings, with the IPN URL
• Merchant ID — CoinPayments → Account → Merchant Settings. Used to verify incoming IPNs.
• Receive coin — The cryptocurrency you want to be paid in (e.g. BTC, LTC). Use LTCT for testnet trials.

One-time crypto payments. The buyer picks a coin on the CoinPayments hosted checkout; confirmation is via the IPN and an API status check on return. The plugin requires PremiumPress 12.

What do I need to set up Coin Payments in WordPress?

You'll need a Coin Payments account and its Public key, Private key, IPN secret, Merchant ID and Receive coin, which you enter in your PremiumPress theme's payment settings. The plugin itself is free for members.

Does Coin Payments support recurring subscriptions?

Coin Payments handles one-off payments in PremiumPress. If you need recurring billing, choose a gateway shown under the Subscriptions filter on the plugins page.

How does the Coin Payments checkout work?

Real one-time payments via the CoinPayments Merchant API (create_transaction hosted checkout), with API verification and an HMAC-signed IPN listener. No SDK — direct HTTP via wp_remote_post.
